Bill Conner Consultant, Inc. was started in September 1995, when the owner, Bill Conner, retired from the State of Indiana after 20 years of service. Using his experiences as a teacher, supervisor, and owner of a retail business, Conner in conjunction with Management One, a firm located in Tucson, Arizona, developed management processes to enable firms to develop business strategies for their future success, a way for companies to identify and solve problems using their employees for the solutions, and training modules to enhance productivity, communication, supervisory skills and leadership.

Over the last 12 years he has worked with firms involved in construction, financial investments, retail, medical services, real estate, manufacturing, government services, death care services, insurance, and agriculture. Processes were developed to solve challenges, getting employees to buy in to change, and teaching owners of firms to develop plans for their companies futures to enable employees to be more involved in the success of the firms. Mr. Conner has worked thru out the United States, Costa Rica and Canada.
